The Vault Protocol: Securely released in three tranches as documents are verified.
Once goods are cleared in the origin country, HES Commodities verifies documents and releases the first 33% from the vault to the seller.
Upon arrival and customs clearance in Europe, HES Commodities confirms status and releases the second 33% from the vault to the seller.
Once final delivery is confirmed at the customer's facility, HES Commodities releases the remaining 34% from the vault to complete the transaction.
